Green Salad with Shrimps and Cheese Omelet

It’s a light seafood salad, which won’t take long to be cooked. If you want a low-fat variant you can use a sour cream and a pinch of mustard instead of mayonnaise.

Ingredients

Lettuce 2 bunch
Shrimps 400 g
Cucumbers 300 g
Parmesan 50 g
Egg 3 pieces
Milk 2 tbsp
Garlic 1 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Dairy butter 25 g
Mayonnaise 100 g

Slightly whip three eggs in deep mixing bowl, add the milk and cheese, stir.

Melt the dairy butter in the frying pan, pour the batter into the pan and make an omelet over low heat. Put the lid on when the omelet is almost ready.

Dice the cooled omelet.

Put the shrimps into salted boiling water for 1-2 mins, then put them out, cool and peel.

If the shrimps are already peeled, you can fry them in the frying pan with olive oil.

Slice the cucumbers widthwise, wash the lettuce and tear it with hands.

Combine the minced garlic and mayonnaise, stir well.

Combine all the ingredients in the salad bowl, stir.
