Ingredients
White cabbage 600 g
Apple 4 pieces
Carrot 1 pieces
Dutch cheese 100 g
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Ground cinnamon 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Lemon juice to taste
Walnut 2 tbsp

Shred the cabbage, sprinkle it with salt, and press it a bit.

Discard the core of peeled fresh apples. Then shred them and combine with cabbage in the mixing bowl.

Dry, peel and chop the nuts. Finely grate the cheese.

Add the mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon to taste in the mixing bowl. Stir and put it into the salad dish. Sprinkle the salad with nuts and cheese, and decorate with carrot figures.
