Ukrainian zrazy are stuffed potato. The filling can be different: meat, cabbage or mushrooms. Along with majority Ukrainian dishes zrazy are very rich, therefore, 2-3 pieces are enough to satisfy hunger pangs for a long time.
Zrazy are traditionally served with sour cream or tomato sauce for dinner or supper. It's not recommended to eat this dish for breakfast, because it is quite caloric and hardly digestible for yet sleeping organism.

Veal 100 g
Potatoes 3 pieces
Garlic 1 clove
Carrot 1 pieces
Onions 2 pieces
Parsley to taste
Allspice to taste
Bay leaf to taste

Stages of cooking

Boil the potatoes, carrot, onion, and garlic.

Rinse the veal, and then add it to vegetables. Add the allspice.

Mince the carrot, onion and veal.

Mash the potatoes. Season with salt.

Shape a potato tablet and put vegetable and meat stuffing on it.

Enclose the filling inside potatoes so the stuffing won’t fall out during cooking. Dip in the flour.

Fry them from each side in the preheated frying pan with vegetable oil.
